Recruitment Process

EA International’s role is to act as an intermediary, to facilitate your move whether locally or overseas.

To keep the recruitment process as simple for you as possible, we have made it streamlined and efficient and based it on sound research and in-depth analysis.

After our initial call from the research team, where possible we meet for an in-depth interview, and start the process of helping to put together a detailed profile which will include your academic and practical expertise, relevant biographical information and our independent evaluation. During our first meeting and in subsequent correspondence we outline exactly what your options are in detail, and leave it to you to decide exactly which are of interest. Throughout the process, we make sure that we keep you and our client fully informed – we tell you of all developments as they happen. The whole process is rigorous, detailed and open.

It is essential that you are well prepared and thoroughly briefed before your client interview. Although we help you prepare, we advise all our candidates to conduct their own research.
